How To Use

Wet Brining:
Prepare the Brine Solution: In a large pot, combine 1 gallon of water with 1 cup of Aromasong Turkey Brine. Stir until the brine mix is fully dissolved.

Cool the Brine: Allow the brine to cool completely to room temperature.

Brine the Turkey: Place the turkey in a large, food-safe container or brining bag. Pour the cooled brine over the turkey, ensuring it is fully submerged. If necessary, add more water to cover the turkey completely.

Refrigerate: Cover and refrigerate the turkey for 12 to 24 hours.

Rinse and Dry: After brining, remove the turkey, rinse it under cold water, and pat it dry with paper towels.
Cook: Proceed with your preferred cooking method.

Dry Brining:

Season the Turkey: Evenly rub the Aromasong Turkey Brine mix over the entire surface of the turkey, including under the skin where possible.
