Easy Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the receipt date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused, with all packaging and labels intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

How to Return

Follow these simple steps to return your product:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service at support@aromasong.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: Pack the item securely, including the original packing slip or proof of purchase.
  • Step 3: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different variant (e.g., size, flavor), please follow the return process outlined above. In your communication with customer service, specify the item you would like in exchange. We will handle your exchange request as soon as we receive your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@aromasong.com. We will arrange for a replacement and cover any shipping costs involved in the return process.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items may be exempt from returns or exchanges unless defective. These include:

  • Perishable goods such as food or flowers
